Last spring, with the help of Ada Shissler, my wife and I
purchased a lovely home on Kings Crown Drive, in Sanibel.
We first met Ada over the Christmas holidays 1999 when we
contacted her about one of her listings. We were looking for a
canal home in Shell Harbor, preferably on Limpet or Kings Crown.
Realizing, that with the limited number of properties on the market
at that time, this would be a challenge. But Ada rose to the
occasion and over the course of the next two months kept in touch
with us at our home in Pennsylvania. Ada sent complete sets of
photographs along with all the salient features that could meet our
requirements
Remarkably, in just two months, in tight market conditions, Ada
found us a lovely home. And on closing day in April, when we
arrived at our house there was a gift from Ada for my wife and me,
two new bicycles.
